      Pros

      Nice people and great products. These peeps should be recognized and get paid more tbh. Nice office locations and some very smart fun guys and gals.

      Cons

      bro culture has seeped in and taken over like a musty sneaker in a locker room. It makes it difficult to retain a lot of talent and especially women. Time to stop protecting mediocre employees because of who they are friends with and discouraging some of the better employees to stay. Times up.

      Pros

      Good people, smart people. Good mission. Good work/life balance.

      Cons

      There does not seem to be much sense of urgency. I guess that's the other side of a good work/life balance. The primary customers are colleges and college students. That's a declining demographic.
