Pros
1. Great experience with Dutch colleagues. Very good and friendly people and so is their culture. 2. Rest can't think of any.
Cons
1. India Management sucks. 2. No respect, no care, no value for the loyal employees. More the employee gets loyal and older, more is the disrespect recieved from the Management. 3. No proper processes in place. Management gives false promises to the employees and never fulfils them i.e. in terms of role and increment. 4. No authority and power given to all the Delivery heads and Reporting managers to take decisions. If Managing Director is only have to take all decisions, then the company doesn't need to invest salary in hiring Delivery heads or Project Managers as they don't have any right to take decisions. Neither employee's suggestions are taken into consideration. 5. People are being fooled at the time of interview in the name of ASP.NET and MVC which actually doesn't exists in any of our projects. 6. No challenging work left here from learning prospectives except wasting your time and talent. 7. Leakage of water from AC and electricity power cut off happens very frequently in this office. Also there is no specific person hired for opening and closing the office. Employees are the ones who are opening and locking the office doors. 8. Worst thing is every 2 months there is atleast 1-2 people who leaves this organization and India Management doesn't even try to retain them be it a good performer or an average performer, that's the reason the employee count for VitalHealth Software India has never crossed more than 60. Really sad.
