      Pros

      Dear Sir / Madam, Can you please elaborate point 3 from pros ? If we talk about the product, it is an Mercedes in its vertical, which makes proud to work and give efforts for. It is too technical for employees like me, can we assume that Mercedes is our new client / partner ?

      Cons

      This office having power, AC and water issues on regular basis. Employees are the one who are suffering because of such bad management / administration. Employees needs to take care of office lights and AC's. One more worst task, I would like to share that is employees are the one who are locking the office doors.

      The best part about working at VitalHealth is the employees. Everyone is committed to the success of the company and are willing to assist others to achieve that goal. Most employees have been working here many years due to the great environment. Would recommend working here to anyone considering applying.

      Pros

      VitalHealth Software has a great company culture with a global presence. Our clients are at the forefront of value-based care delivery. One of the only IT companies that was founded by a non-profit with an aim on social impact through Health Information Technology.

      Cons

      Working as a global company there can be communication challenges (not really a con) but it takes dedication to documentation to stay on the same page with counterparts in Asia and Holland.
