Pros
Nothing! Once they had a fast pace growing phase which they turned it into waste by now knowing the space. That time is long gone and they are challenging with their day to day operations.
Cons
Bully CEO who only criticizes everything and believes he knows everything. Very dysfunctional team which changes the scope and direction on a daily basis. They laid off 30% of the company (majority of them from the engineering) many of which has been less than 3 months with the company. Their vision is very fluid and based on each customer's feedback they change the course. They are copying the competitors and they think they are very creative! Very toxic culture!
