Where do I start? “Family” run so if you aren’t family, you are nothing. Don’t get sick since they force you to come into work with a 104 temp which you got sick from the other employees they force to come in. There is no such thing as “sick day”. They are very unethical in their dealings. They pay peanuts and expect you to do more than your job. They treat their employees like slaves as if they own you. You quit? Expect them to sue you for quitting they expect a lifetime commitment. This is where the X-Employees club comes in, no joke, we all help each other out when that ridiculous lawsuit hits the last one smart enough to leave.
