-lots of holiday parties and celebetary occasions -CEOs are genuinely kind-hearted and down to earth - I grew a lot here and made lots of valuable connections -Managament will allow you to learn new things with no limit - you can arrive late or leave early as long as you finish your assigned daily tasks. -There's so many things to learn and this company will equip you to get there.
Cons
-pay can be very stagnant - any newcomers are practically "jumped" in order to assimiliate. - Bonuses are very low and not promised yearly - often expected to work 9-12 shifts by peer standard more than management standard -This is not meant to be a forever job. Get your experience and get out.
