Cool new technology to work on and can be challenging. Great co-workers to work with.

Upper management thinks they are more knowledgeable than the engineers designing the tool. They are running the company into the ground just because they don’t want to be proven wrong. They would rather do the wrong thing 10 times than just listen to the engineers and do it right the first time. If you just want to be a yes man, then this is the place for you. If you want to do real engineering, then that is not what you will be doing here.
