Visualsoft Response
9yHi and thank you for your feedback.
First of all, I'm sorry that you feel a negative outlook towards Visualsoft. This isn't something we want from anyone, but we are certainly willing to take on board your feedback and work through the points that you've raised.
It's great to see that you've recognised the brilliant people at Visualsoft and the offices along with the opportunity to learn. We certainly haven't brought in the flexible working and unlimited holidays in as a PR stunt, but we did so in order to relax the usual strict 9-5 Monday to Friday working hours that we used to have in place. This has led to people being able to work more in a way that suits their lifestyle.
We've recognised more recently that the approach for KPI's and flexible working can differ from team to team as the department managers have their own unique styles of working with it. We are going to be addressing that in the coming months by setting some further guidelines and training for each manager. This should in turn lead to the knowledge being shared and the positives taken from each department.
As for your comments on our growing staff numbers, I know it can at times feel like we are growing faster more recently, but just to reassure you, we are growing at the same rate as we always have been and it's in line with our business plans too.
I do agree with your point of listening to the staff and it is something that we really try to promote across the business as much as possible. Both giving staff the opportunity to give feedback and us having the ability to take it on board and take action based on it too. We are certainly not perfect, but always have a genuine interest in taking all points of view on board and making sure we can make improvements as often as possible.
Thanks again for your feedback.
