Great in 2013, not sure about now - Intern Visually Employee Review

As a remote employee, I enjoyed working here and all of the talented people I worked with. I love that they embrace the remote work style, which opens the door for them to hire any talent around the world (which they did). There were frequent Skype meetings to check in on project status. Management didn't micro-manage at all and trusted each of their employees.

Sometimes it was hard to collaborate ideas with a team who was in 5 different places at once, but that's more of a personal work style preference.

The creative teams and system is great to work with. I have had positive experience with clients and enjoyed collaborating. Also, the pay is fair and competitive.

I love the work but as a freelancer, I only get jobs every few months. If the work was more consistent it would be my dream job.
