Pros

Just a note when you read that there is no onboarding in place that this company has been around for 10 years, has had multiple groups of people hired and then quit - there has never been process here and there never will be because the company has no direction.

Cons

Everything that you can imagine.

Pros

Work from home Opportunity to gain experience in different roles Open door policy

Cons

Because it's a small company, the onboarding and training process was not fully established. However, this has been addressed and prioritized for future employees.

Pros

Growth and Opportunity in a space that is of immense relevance. Buyers are looking for value, and sellers are struggling to articulate that value. VisualizeROI helps sellers by not only helping them quantify value but also communicate that value effectively. The CEO and the leadership team are obsessed with customer success, and keeping customers happy; with best practices and being a leader in the industry; committed to growth and quality. The product is a highly differentiated, truly multi-tenant SaaS offering that helps customers build value models unique to their products and solutions, with a self-service platform that customers can use / enhance on their own. The development is very responsive to customer needs and has a very agile release cycle with multiple releases a week.

Cons

The company has grown a lot during the pandemic. This is a good thing, of course, but also results in its fair share of pains. While this has resulted in some churn, I believe it was mostly B players that were lost in the process. The key players are as committed as ever. Also, to cope with the growth, the company has been steadily building capacity. The leadership team being obsessed with customer success (the point mentioned in the Pros) also means that they work hard and get their hands dirty. Some interpret this as Micro-Management; but I feel like the leadership cares so much about customer success that they just can't help doing everything it takes to keep customers happy.
