Pros

I have been working at VisualCue for a while now and I can honestly say for once in my life I love my job. This is a company where you need to be a self starter as your manager is extremely busy. A lot of times you need to see what needs to happen in the company and just pitch in. So far I really can't complain. Its lead by a industry veteran who sees people as people and not cogs in a wheel.

Cons

Its a bit cold in the office but other than that I can't complain.

Pros

The only positive from working here was observing how not to run an organization.

Cons

Look, this is a negative review... Understand that I am writing this months after leaving so I could be as neutral as possible... Here we go. Where do I start. From day one this organization lied. Imagine this situation. Being told that a hot startup plans to open a new sales office in a new city and they want you to relocate yourself (2 hours away) and be on the ground floor. Then within 2 months they close that office and tell you that you can either commute two hours everyday or relocate yourself a second time... all on your dime. On top of this, they decide to bring in sales leadership (past leader left) that hadn't performed a full sales cycle in their life (prospect to close)... let alone manage a sales team of an investor backed organization (there's a reason behind this hiring, but we won't go there). Overall, this organization is going no where and I promise that if you are gauging an opportunity here you are best to look absolutely anywhere else. Save your time, frustration and hope for a better organization. Yes, pretty negative, but luckily I made it out better afterwards... this is simply a warning for anyone who might cross paths with VisualCue.
