Pros
Good core of employees that care about making money. These are the employees who been here since the good days of management.
Cons
Management SUCKS.. Got 3 carrier managers that can't figure out a thing and customer side is a complete free-for- all. When I started over year ago I thought this place had a great upside with growing business but, with key management quitting and veterans leaving the place has been on rapid decline. To many close door meeting with management maybe something good can come out of them instead having employees thinking somethings going to change or get worst over here.
