Pros

- During my time at VMP I met some of the most dedicated, talented, kind and devoted group of people. Most of which I still keep in touch with today. - A cool industry

Cons

I hope whoever is reading this takes it to heart. This company is run by a man who is truly unbearable to be around. Whether he is berating you at the office or harassing you with phone calls over the weekend; his demeanor is consistently that of an unstable and self absorbed bully. Your hard work will go unnoticed, your complaints will go untouched and your voice will go unheard. You will question your worth and feel constant despair each morning you walk through the door. Save your talents for a management team that exists and a company that cares.

Pros

After over 16 years at VMP in estimating/planning I have to say I learned a lot and taught a lot. I owe a debt of gratitude to the owners for giving me the opportunity and support over the years. The people I have worked with at VMP are great, and have provided me with a sense of self-worth and comradery that will be hard, if not impossible, to replace. It is all of the people and the teamwork that I miss the most. This company has successfully made changes through the years to keep current with changes in the industry and culture of their impressive client base. They continue to work to stay on the cutting edge in a competitive business. This was a very challenging and very satisfying end to my career in the the graphics industry. If I was still working...I would want it to be at VMP.

Cons

Hard work and sometimes long hours but good work is appropriately rewarded.
