(*) No restrictions on timing, no blocked sites, WFH option, free transport, provides laptop and monthly net reimbursement for all employees, high pay (*) Well equipped and stocked pantry- milk, tea (green tea/cardamom/masala/normal), coffee, almond and chocolate drinks, bread, butter,jams, toaster, biscuits, seasonal fruits, weekly special salads and snacks- you can almost live off the items in there (*) Lots of team and company outings and off sites. (*) Young crowd, lots of fun
Cons
(*) no Onsite (*) Internal politics and inter team conflicts between team managers (*) Unnecessary policies being formulated and enforced. (*) There is no : rotation of roles , skill and knowledge transfer, option to opt for required technical training's (*) Redundant , repetitive work for majority of the population, innovative projects restricted to few teams and people (*) No clear direction or scope for career progression.
