Great company - Sales Visual Edge IT Employee Review

Good environment to be able to grow in.

Every company will have some cons but this is one where they are very minimal.

I enjoyed many of the people and the tools they gave me access to were fantastic. I was given the opportunity to work with training and development when I pointed out the deficiencies with onboarding. It was going great before they let me go without consulting that team so they lost more than just a "salesman." They didn't need to make training for my role since they were replacing me with a robot.

They didn't have a training structure for the role I was in. I was trained with their usual printer salesmen although I was a "specialist" in managed IT services. Then they created an AI chatbot that does no real analysis or advising but could spit out a cookie cutter plan for every business that hires them. I was no longer needed and of the 18 people who did what I was doing... they let 9 of us go in a big RIF. Venture capitalism has claimed another company on the edge of greatness and will ruin it by pursuing maximum profit using robots instead of people.
