- Top heavy workforce with redundent positions for upper management that could be removed to stave off lay-offs. - Upper Management is disconnected from the workforce and thus does knot know the amount of work or what goes into the day to day. - No bonuses - Raises are hardly a thing unless there is a potential title/position change. - Constant layoffs with not a diagrammed plan of company moving forward. - Layoffs almost every Friday. - Growing % of staff works out of Bangalore and decreases efficiency, communication and talent pool. - No growth. - Upper Management does not communicate with lower levels of staff in order to learn and care about what the issues are at the company and how to fix. - You'll likely be laid off no matter how hard you work or how much you do. - You are an at will employee and can be let go at anytime with no reason.
