None. Outwardly this agency portrays itself to be inclusive and progressive as it is run by two queer women but in reality the work environment is extremely toxic. Queerness and 'inclusivity' mean nothing when every employee at this company is/ has been exploited at a certain point.
Cons
The bosses are erratic, manipulative and extremely unprofessional. The pay is mediocre as well as the quality of work that is produced at this agency.
