Pros
I worked with a number of fairly friendly and sociable people, but there seemed to be a high turnover rate for the employees. This wasn't because they were fired, but because people kept leaving. I didn't sense a high retention rate. There were reasons for this (see Cons below). The location (in Novato) was nice.
Cons
I felt that there was a revolving door in upper management. The work of the employees seemed to be taken for granted. No one likes being taken advantage of, and tight deadlines along with the company's lack of appreciation for work that may have been done above-and-beyond, caused a number of senior people in engineering and art to leave.
