      Company and colleagues care about well-being, good environment, happy life & great culture with fantastic empathetic people, best place to work and learn. The creative scope is huge. There’s always room for ideas. The US team is very supportive & great.

      Pros

      Visual Citi is constantly growing and expanding its team and facilities to better support their employees. The company is fast-paced but there is a good balance of independent and collaborative team work. Day to day is different and creates an enjoyable and creative work environment.

      Cons

      In person work is required in the office. This job is very hands-on and requires organization and attention to detail.

      Wishing I could give 0 stars. This company fails its employees daily. - physical fights with no consequences - sexual harrassment with no consequences - will ask you to work every weekend - poorly managed projects - ignorant people in charge
