      Pros

      I am a current employee at Visual Citi and have been employed here for several years. I have seen the company grow and adapt to newer technologies. I am continuously challenged and always encouraged to push my boundaries. There is a lot of opportunity to grow within the company and learn a lot about this industry. There is a really nice open office policy which makes it easy to collaborate and encourages teamwork. It is nice to work for a company that recognizes hard work and appreciates their employees.

      Pros

      Visual Citi is constantly growing and expanding its team and facilities to better support their employees. The company is fast-paced but there is a good balance of independent and collaborative team work. Day to day is different and creates an enjoyable and creative work environment.

      Cons

      In person work is required in the office. This job is very hands-on and requires organization and attention to detail.

      Wishing I could give 0 stars. This company fails its employees daily. - physical fights with no consequences - sexual harrassment with no consequences - will ask you to work every weekend - poorly managed projects - ignorant people in charge
