I have no pros for working at Vistech Services.

Steer clear of this company if you value your sanity. Management micromanages everything, making it impossible to actually do your job effectively. The Operations Manager, in particular, runs the company like his own personal circus with family members in HR. It's all about keeping him happy, not about achieving goals. He's an antagonistic, ape like bully who hates women who say no to him or disagree with him and there's no simpler way to put that. Oh, and don't go on a staff night out with him. On top of that, there's a huge lack of accountability. The favourite employees seem to get away with doing the bare minimum, while the rest of us are constantly picking up the slack. It feels like a constant uphill battle. Finally, if you're not part of the in crowd, beware. They'll find a way to push you out. It's a very "us vs. them" mentality. Unless you thrive in a stressful environment, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
