Some very bad people have worked at this site - ask around. Behind the scenes motives and politics are always at work. This site has its own culture which has gone from "good old boy" to "cut throat". Up front, all hugs and kisses, but behind the scenes unethical and sneaky. The most bureaucratic place I ever worked. The site is still top heavy and abuses temporaries and contractors.
