Hours will be MICROMANAGED and detailed, and sometimes it takes 2 hours for the timesheet. Really True! Laying off people too often, not a stable job. Old school leads and managers! You need to know everything and be available all the time 12 hours a day but they'd like to pay just 20hours / week.
