Fantastic culture, great place to work - Head of Marketing Vista Insurance Employee Review

The management are very warm and welcoming and are keen for feedback from staff. All of the staff are friendly and sociable, great teams, and they're willing to help out if needed. The company is growing really quickly and the quality of the clients that we're doing business with give me assurance that company and it's directors are well respected.

Can't really think of what else I could expect a company to do for me that they don't do already, so I'll say no cons.

Collaboration is central to the business and sharing knowledge drives a team approach to problem solving and solution finding - an outstanding business.

Due to the growing pains of the business there can be a lack of structure / culture with new roles being created within th ebusiness.
