Talk the talk, but don't quite walk the walk - Anonymous employee Vista Employee Review

We have been making a challenging but rewarding transition to Vista over the last 18 months and were delighted that our latest anonymous team survey in December showed 87% of our team ‘feel empowered to do their job.’ Part of our transition has been evaluating our account structure and we have made changes since this review was posted that have proved successful for both our team and our clients. We have also invested significantly in our leadership and management training in 2015 and 2016, with 82% of our team saying they feel their line manager ‘helps them to grow and develop’ and 80% also said they ‘have trust and confidence in the leadership’ at Vista. At Vista we value everyone’s contribution and are proud to have a diverse and highly supportive team. Overall 96% of our team ‘believe in where we’re headed in the next three years and understand how their job role impacts this’, which we believe is an excellent indicator of how our people feel about Vista as a place they want to be and develop.
