Frustrating - Anonymous employee Vista Employee Review

The talented people are kept back by an outdated approach to work. Too often the ideas come from the top down, with people being expected to work ridiculous hours to meet the demands of a few big egos. They're very adverse to new ideas, making it a very frustrating place to work at times. There's a lot of potential here being restricted by a few small minded people.
