As a group, Visma performs reliably, and stands for its values and SaaS strategy. Visma provides excellent technology support for its product teams.
Cons
Visma's product portfolio is large and growing due to M&A, and is difficult to manage. This causes recurring reorgs and related distress to teams and employees. Tech debt is also a harder problem when spread to multiple products.
