Pros

Absolutely great for knowledge sharing, has tonnes of interesting articles, seminars, workshops and intra-company groups for different functions within the different companies. In the larger offices, quite nice office spaces Huge company, you will find at least a few people that you can hang out with, no matter your preferences in other human beings.

Cons

So much to do, so little time to do it. Very squeezed from every angle. Keep getting trickle-down budgets, meaning someone in an office waaaay above you will decide how your company will perform the coming year. Means there is very little room to make investments, in, for example, training. At the same time there is no time to actually partake in all of the inhouse knowledge. While it differs from company to company (Visma is a huge beast of a conglomerate, containing about 150 or more different legal entities), in many of them an old and stinking culture of manschauvinism is still very much alive. The men sit in corner offices with huge windows, get all the perks, while women of equal status get little scrubs for offices, or no office at all. There tend to be parties with crude jokes, and the management (apart from the current CEO) looks extremely homogenous, all white middle-aged men.
