Cons
There has been a shift in the company culture since the previous senior management team stepped down and was replaced with a new management team. Now it’s all about quick wins and internal politics, there is no long term strategy.. and this attitude is starting to impact the rest of the organisation. You need to set clear boundaries if you want a healthy work-life balance as colleagues (especially management) will contact you at after work hours.
