Pros
Huge company, access to experts for almost everything software related, invests in critical software (must have software) which makes them less vulnerable to economic dips, really cares about the well being of their employees, decent opportunities to shift roles in house, in theory there are opportunities to educate yourself internally
Cons
Huge company; takes time to orient oneself and learn how to get things done. Many products have really old technology, so one is often chasing a tech debt, whereas developers are really cared for the middle managers get worked out, too many roles are assigned to one individual, teams are often too small for what they are tasked with, not optimal salary evolution
