There are a couple of valid and helpful people witihin the company. Cloud oriented-devops environments, using azure for most of its products.
Cons
Right now 0 chance of improve or progress as professional, only way to get some improvement is showing you are already moving to another company. Certain products heavily lack quality and roadmap. Many employees just trying to show they are better than the rest, and yet management does not discourage this behavior.
