Pros
- Very different customer projects, if you are open to working in multiple ones - Also the opportunity for some consultants to work 100% on certain customer projects, which gives more depth - Some training opportunities in tech stack
Cons
- No clear career path for specialization in the technical sense, you need to be very open and push for it yourself actively. Which isn't bad in itself, it just seems there is not much interest in it from management.
