Pros

friendly coworkers and a good office location

Cons

The stress is not worth the time and energy it takes to make C-suite happy, which is the most important aspect of the job - no matter the job description or potential skill set, one must strive to maintain the status quo. Terrible compensation. Misogynistic atmosphere with stunted growth potential. No benefits other than office location and parking. Current business model is not sustainable. If looking for start-up with potential, look elsewhere

Visiture Response

Visiture offers a full benefits package including medical/dental/vision/life as well as a matching 401K plan and unlimited PTO. But more importantly, it offers a fun and collaborative environment where everyone has a voice and sincerely enjoys working together. We do our best to maintain open lines of communication company wide, and we do 360 reviews as well as peer reviews to make sure we are all giving and receiving productive feedback. In less than a year, there have been 8 promotions and 25 new hires- of which 90% were female. In addition, half of our leadership is female. We do not, and would never, tolerate anything remotely resembling a misogynistic atmosphere. This is a fantastic company that is going places fast. We welcome any questions or comments about this review.
