      interesting work, small place- feel like family, meaningful work

      Cons

      poor salary- maybe negotiable. they couldnt keep a manager for long- i had 4 managers in 3 yars and i wasnt moving between teams...

      There are a few very talented professionals.

      Cons

      The pay is so low they cannot hire talent. No cost of living or merit increases and bonuses have not been paid. No 401K match.
