Pros
I cannot think of much of positive things here. The company is very opportunistic and have no employee orientation.
Cons
The HR policies are the worst. It only manages and controls the global CEO by presenting fake and divisive picture and not really care about its employees. The CEO has an inclination toward certain communities of his nationality. HR has learned this and presents things in a convoluted manner to keep the CEO engaged in useless things which are not important. The CEO has very little knowledge and interest in fixing things in the long run and is only interested in short-term interests.
