      Pros

      Your voice is heard at VIP, ideas are taken seriously and encouraged at all levels of the organization, and consultants and contractors are treated well. There are opportunities for career growth with training and mentoring within each of the roles.

      Cons

      While the upper management has changed a few times, the people selected for the roles just keep getting better. Their new ideas help the teams grow in new directions. The HR process is a bit tedious, but what big company doesn't have this challenge?

      Pros

      Solid culture of teamwork and collaboration. Onboarding was smooth. The company is very customer focused and believes in creating value through innovation. So far this is a great place to be.
