      Pros

      You are allowed to do your job. No micromanagement. Because it's not a huge company, there isn't a lot of Bureaucracy.

      Cons

      A lot of turnover in the last few years. Company could do a better job of communicating changes. HR could do a better job of engaging current employees. The HR department is somewhat impersonal. Benefits program costs can be a burden on single earner heads of families.

      Solid culture of teamwork and collaboration. Onboarding was smooth. The company is very customer focused and believes in creating value through innovation. So far this is a great place to be.
