      Pros

      I love the job and the people I work with. Pay seems to be on par with other similar companies and there no lack of overtime opportunities.

      Cons

      They definitely keep you on your toes with how many products they have in the field. Most of this is due to poor plant design early in the companies fiber endeavors so this is a slowly improving issue. Its easy to get caught up in the end of month stress since the monthly goals are usually have a slim margin from what's physically possible.

      Great company to work for. Great benefits package and competitive pay. Fast growing but still feels like a family.
