Pros

Fellow coworkers, ability to dress down, and good benefits.

Cons

This used to be a great company to work for. I looked forward to going to work everyday. The current CEO is making big changes and no longer cares about employee morale. He’s gotten rid of a few long term employees in the last 6 months or so. He appears to have a vision of where he wants the company to go which is well and good, but don’t forget about your current (short and long term) employees who are dedicated to the company. They’ve worked hard, as well as myself and others who no longer work there.

Thank you for your feedback. I am happy to hear that you liked your colleagues, casual dress, and benefits. Our people are our most important asset and we want them to feel we are taking care of them. The company has made some big changes, including personnel changes, to align with our strategy. We are actively hiring for roles that we feel align with our strategy and will elevate VisionWeb as an organization. Because our employees, employee morale, and culture are so important to us, we are involving team members in various levels in the organization to take part in the interview process to make sure we have the best fit for the organization. We are also investing in our employees by pushing out programs that will assist in training and career development and reward employees for their innovative ideas.
