Pros

Cons

Toxic Work Culture – Abusive words are spoken openly, even in front of female colleagues. Zero professionalism. • Freshers Trapped – 80% of the workforce are freshers forced to stay because of a 3-year bond. Most of them want to leave. • HR is a Puppet – HR has no authority and only follows management’s instructions. No support for employees. • Pathetic Leave Policy – Only 12 leaves in a year, and applying for them is treated as if you’re asking for a personal favor. • Inhumane Working Hours – Normal timings are 12 PM to 11 PM, but it often stretches to 3–4 AM, especially on Fridays. Be prepared to work weekends. • No Benefits, No Growth – Apart from salary, nothing is provided. No career development, no learning opportunities, no perks. • Extreme Attrition – 90% of experienced hires regret joining and leave within 6 months. Ratings • Work/Life Balance: ⭐☆☆☆☆ • Culture & Values: ⭐☆☆☆☆ • Senior Management: ⭐☆☆☆☆ • Compensation & Benefits: ⭐⭐☆☆☆ (Only salary, nothing else) • Career Opportunities: ⭐☆☆☆☆ ⸻ ⚠️ Final Note: If you want to destroy your work-life balance, mental peace, and career prospects, only then consider joining Vision Waves. Otherwise, stay away.

Pros

Visionary leadership, talented employees, and very supportive management. There’s a strong focus on technology and learning, and it feels safe to make mistakes and grow

Cons

Late working hours was an issue earlier, but things have improved since management enforced strict schedules. The team is quite young, so it might feel like a cultural shock initially, but over time it becomes easier to adapt. People are very straightforward and may show their frustration openly. If you are too sensitive and get offended easily, don't join. Else all is okay.

Weak HR support and delayed or unclear salary/exit processes. Minimal focus on employee welfare and basic workplace amenities.
