Business outlook
Pros
Great to interact with school kids and nurses. The smiles on their faces when they receive their glasses and quite possibly see what they're missing for the first time. Very fulfilling
Cons
The upper management does not seem to care a bit about the kids or their loyal and hardworking employees. Directors seem to be in it for themselves. People are hired who don't know what they're doing, and good, smart people are let go for no reason. The executives seem to hold grudges.
