Pros

Good learning platform, exposed to lot of stuff but too many things to handle. company will make use of you to the limit until you find out that the salary is not up to par with what you doing.

Cons

Too many works, HR is kind of messy. Sending people out on site but the payment is not the same as initial proposed. Love to milking people till they dried. Prefer using intern to save budget.

Pros

Flexible hours, depends on client’s time. Also have WFH depending on the team you joining. As a fresh graduate, you can get many insights into client-vendor relationship and tackling corporate life. Being responsible for real life project teaches independence. A very good place for Gen-Z (as a gen-z myself) because there are many people who fall into the same age bracket for exec & senior exec level position so the environment is very good.

Cons

Company benefit can be expanded more; maybe can offer gym/fitness membership. How you work depends on the team you join and the manager who manages your team. So the odds are different for each manager. Company is very lenient towards client’s request that there’s little boundary over what a vendor-client relationship should be especially if we are handling key client.

Pros

The working environment is generally positive, with a supportive and well-structured management style that helps reduce unnecessary pressure. The workload is manageable, and expectations are clearly communicated, allowing for a healthier work pace without constant last-minute stress. Seniors are approachable and willing to guide, which makes it easier to learn and improve technical skills on the job. Overall, it is a relatively calm and stable place to build foundational experience, especially for those early in their careers who prefer a balanced learning environment over a highly intense or fast-paced setting.

Cons

Sometimes might be too chill but of course you can learn on your own.
