There are a ton of great reasons to work at Vision Tech Team. On top of working for the highest level clients in the internet marketing industry and playing a key role in their operations to the camaraderie and culture that is built even though most of us work remotely... working here is fun! The leadership truly focuses on growth by helping you gain new skills and excel far beyond what you even thought possible. In just a year, it's like I'm a better person... or at least a better version of myself. You can't get that personal growth anywhere else. They also are very focused on making sure the right person is in the right seat and doing work that actually excites them!

Cons
Working from home can be a downside for people who aren't self-motivated but such a huge upside if you are. It's also a rapidly growing and expanding team which can create challenges if you prefer a structured work environment, but that also means there is room for you to move up as you grow into what you want to become.
