Pros
Friendly coworkers (depending on your coworkers), work is not particularly stressful. Opportunity to advance through the lower ranks (although the pay increase is negligible)
Cons
Required to coerce and mislead elderly/confused individuals into buying security systems they don't need. Pay is low, even by most call center standards. Working in the call center guarantees you will go unnoticed, underappreciated, and largely ignored by all other leaders and departments. Leaves you with a feeling of guilt and very little sense of accomplishment.
