Good company, problematic director level, too much owner involvment - Anonymous employee Vision-Sciences Employee Review

By far the biggest problem is in the director level. Old, inflexible and long term people who resist change and make life hard for those who want to change. These people are also responsible for much of the political infighting. Too bad too because if they would stop fighting and stop caring only for themselves the company could really take off.
