Unclear structure, culture, politics. Very much based on seniority, employment on high positions, rather than workforce or structure needed. It needs real leadership ,structuring, task and responsibility allocation! It is not about what you know and how well you work , but about who you know! More respect and support for employees that know and understand their roles! Vision RT is much like today's fruits and veggies market, in terms of management/higher management/structure: looking perfectly shaped and shiny on the outside but don't expect the same inside because you might find the opposite. Vision RT focusing on hiring on high positions as " head of, director, VP" rather than the workforce much needed in their fast growing company.
