Pros
The pay is good, the company were good before they hired new staff, we no longer can recognized for the great job we were doing, also no more Christmas bonuses since we can’t receive bonuses from the actual company we work for, stopped doing newsletter to inform us of upcoming changes and how the company is doing.
Cons
The have terrible benefits, they make you use your pto up, as a temporary agent who contracts members their communication sucks, we are never congratulated on the job we’ve been doing but yet they can contact us when something isn’t going right, promised us a raise and then rebuttaled when the company hired new staff smh the reason I left.
