Pros
Great Manager- understanding, laid-back Regular Hours- flexible for employees Personal Time- easy to address needed time off as long as it is not abused Holidays Paid- comes with standard company terms Easy Work- seriously, the tasks are broken down and laid out for all employees Yearly Bonuses- sweet! Standard Benefits- nothing special, health, dental, 401k, etc.
Cons
Micro-Management in some departments. Very annoying for those who like autonomy. PAY- starting well below median, standard C.O.L.A. raises yearly, which means it will take a while to even reach a decent standard of living. Then the salary CAPS kick in based on your job title/department. Advancement- NON-EXISTENT, there is cross training.
