Pros

What could a good in terms of the headline?

Cons

1. Employees who have been there for a significant amount of time often behave as though they are in charge of the company. 2. They consistently ignore essential procedures and policies, seeking to undermine your position while stubbornly clinging to the outdated methods they've followed since the start of their employment. 3. Individuals directly reporting to or closely associated with the CEO (having been mentored by them since their college days) often behave in a domineering manner. They seem to believe they have free rein to act however they often act overpowering with those whom they consider outsiders. 4. Here’s some advice for those who have been working there for a long time as though bound by habit: Expand your perspective and look beyond your limited surroundings. Don’t confine yourself to being just another small fish in a tiny pond. Refrain from thinking you can instruct experienced professionals on how to do their jobs. And keep in mind, you’re not a one-of-a-kind goldfish—I’ve met and surpassed many like you in my career.

Pros

- A rare product based company that is focused on innovation. - Well established company running for a while. Job security. - Challenging work. I feel that I have genuinely learnt something and contributed to the product. - They keep expanding the product so there is an opportunity to learn something new compared to static product companies where you only maintain code. - When everyone is laying off, these guys are hiring! - Generally a positive work culture (except a few people who constantly blame other colleagues and management for their own shortcomings)

Cons

- Social scene could be better. I have my own friend circle so I am ok. But a small minority colleagues are ruining the work culture. - Due to it not being a corporate, they don't have policies for everything. But in last couple of years most policies have been put in place.
