Salaries are below market, training is non-existent, and the building and processes are outdated and are in need of modernization. The biggest issue is the fact that the Amercas' region reports to the team in Israel. VPG is a global organization, but the team in Israel does not care about the employees in the Americas. Policies and procedures coming from Israel are pushing America's employees right out of the door. The Israeli response: "Just replace them." Morale is terrible.
